The CETE Network is a Wisconsin based network of early childhood coalitions working together to create partnerships and investments in their communities to improve the quality of early childhood programs.
There is a coordinated system by which every community will have successful public private partnerships to ensure that all young children are safe, healthy, and ready to learn.

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, together with its partners the Department of Public Instruction, and the Department of Health Services created CETE, a network of local early childhood partnerships.
